Group Program Agreement: Your Career Ladder

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the 10-week group coaching program, Your Career Ladder.

1. Program Description

By enrolling in the Program, the Client agrees to participate in:

• Ten (10) live group coaching sessions, 60 minutes each, held weekly via Zoom (unless otherwise notified by the Coach).
  
  
• Access to online modules, worksheets, templates, and support materials.

Note: All sessions are conducted in the Eastern Time Zone (Canada/US). By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this time zone requirement.

2. Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay the full program fee as stated at the time of registration. Payment may be made in full or via a payment plan, if available at the time of purchase.
  
  
• All payments are non-refundable.
  
  
• The Client is responsible for the full program fee, regardless of participation or completion.
  
  
• Late or missed payments may result in suspended or terminated access to the Program.

3. Program Access and Recordings

• All group coaching sessions are recorded. If a group coaching session is missed, the Client will receive access to the recording within 24 hours.
  
  
• The Client will retain access to the course platform as long as the program remains active.
  
  
• If the Client secures employment before completing the Program, any remaining coaching sessions may be used for 90-day transition coaching support.
  

4. Client Acknowledgements

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed professional services.
  
  
• Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the Client’s effort, engagement, and application of program materials.
  
  
• The Coach is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.
  

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

The Coach will not disclose any personal or business information shared by the Client without written consent. Likewise, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Any personal information shared by other Program participants.
  
  
• Any proprietary tools, materials, or frameworks provided by the Coach or Company.
  

6. Intellectual Property & Program Materials

The Client agrees to:

• Use all Program materials solely for personal or professional development.
  
  
• Not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.
  
  
• Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality of the Coach, the Company, and other participants.
  
  

All content—including recordings, PDFs, templates, and emails is the intellectual property of Lauren Ritchie and HR Samurai Solutions. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant becomes disruptive, uncooperative, or fails to adhere to Program guidelines.

8. Media Release

By signing below, the Client grants permission to use any pre-approved testimonials, images, or video content for marketing and promotional purposes. No compensation or ownership rights will be provided.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement with written notice. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
